Made a few kilometers from the Mediterranean, this Catalan rosé cava comes from a family estate committed to organic farming since its beginnings. The Mirgin Rosé combines generosity and freshness, with fine bubbles and is very straightforward on the palate. Primarily made from Mataro (Mourvèdre), it shows that a sparkling rosé can be dry, elegant, and digestible, with no frills. Perfect as an apéritif, it will also go very well with smoked salmon bites, tuna tartare or a shrimp poke bowl.

Created by Jo Pithon at the time, this glou glou red was intended to be a convivial cuvée to share with his wine picker friends. Now appreciated in more than twenty countries, this digestible and fruity wine is made from the Grolleau grape variety. For your cravings for beef tartare, homemade pizza or paninis during a picnic, Grololo is the way to go!

This Tuscan family estate no longer needs any presentation; Antinori hits the nail on the head once again with this cuvée. Coming from Umbria, a neighboring region, this Chardonnay can easily fool us to believe that a Burgundian white is in the glass. Enjoy with a seafood casserole, poultry or a grilled salmon steak.
-
Made from the young vines of La Morra, this Nebbiolo by Silvio Grasso embodies both the elegance and the reputation of this Piedmont flagship estate. With an air of Barolo, it seduces with its careful vinification and partial aging in barrels, which give it a solid and well-integrated tannic structure, with a taut finish, typical of the grape variety. Full-bodied yet supple, this wine will pair perfectly with refined dishes such as risotto with porcini mushrooms, grilled lamb chops or grilled duck breast.
-
Coming from the heights of Lolol, in the Colchagua Valley, this Chilean Sauvignon Blanc captures the maritime freshness of the Pacific while maintaining a beautiful maturity. The Humo Blanco estate relies on organic viticulture and precise parcel work to express the identity of its terroirs. For the price, it offers a magnificent varietal profile, clean, straight and refreshing, without being a caricature. A clean white, ideal with lemony chicken, scallop ceviche or pasta with pesto.

"It is essential to take care of the Earth. It does not belong to us and we have a duty to preserve it for future generations.", say the owners of the estate. The first organic estate in the Jura to be awarded the Ecocert label since 1968, the Clos des Grives produces its wines with a minimum of intervention. Composed of equal parts Trousseau and Poulsard, this cuvée exudes fruit and spices, in a supple and harmonious whole. The perfect red for enjoying grilled salmon or tuna.
